Another CHM A4 Copy Paper Production Line for an African Customer Has Been Successfully Installed and Put into Production!

Great news keeps coming! Another CHM A4-2 copy paper production line has been successfully put into operation at an African customer’s factory.

Our professional after-sales engineering team traveled to the site to provide full support throughout the entire process, including machine installation, careful commissioning, slitting production startup, and operator training, ensuring the customer could begin production immediately.

Engineers from both sides witnessed this important milestone together and took a memorable group photo to mark the occasion.

1.Ultra-Compact Design: The entire production line requires only 8m × 9m (72㎡) of floor space, making it an ideal choice for companies with limited factory space!

2.Efficient “4-Up to 2-Up” Conversion: Using standard 845mm (4-up) jumbo rolls, the key innovation lies in the advanced web-folding process. After longitudinal slitting, the paper web is precisely folded twice at the center position, then cross-cut by the sheeting knife to efficiently produce standard 210mm wide A4 copy paper.

3.Convenient Web Loading: Standard equipped with a 3-inch pneumatic shaft for core loading. Optional solutions are also available, including 3-inch or 6-inch mechanical chucks compatible with 4-up equipment, meeting different production requirements.

4.High-Efficiency Cutting & Collection: After longitudinal slitting and cross cutting, the paper is formed into standard A4 sheets and transported by conveyor belt to the stacking unit, where it is automatically collected and organized according to preset quantities (typically 400 sheets/ream or 500 sheets/ream).

5.High-Efficiency Ream Wrapping:The matched ream packing machine is integrated with 13 servo motors, working in precise coordination to complete complex actions such as lifting, pressing, folding, stacking, wrapping, and sealing, ensuring a smooth and highly efficient packaging process.

6.Flexible Downstream Options:After ream packing, finished products can be manually carton-packed, or seamlessly connected to an automatic carton packing and palletizing production line.

1.Focused on Small and Medium Capacity:Although the A4-2 production line processes only 1–2 jumbo rolls at a time, its compact design and efficient workflow enable a production speed of approximately 12 reams per minute, even with manual carton packing.

2.Stable Production Output: Overall, in a single shift (8 hours), the line can easily complete slitting of approximately 6 batches of paper (equivalent to 12 jumbo rolls), which equals around 8 tons of finished paper per day.

3.Precise Positioning:With its compact footprint, fast return on investment, and easy operation, this production line is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized paper manufacturers with a monthly capacity demand of around 200–300 tons, helping to improve efficiency and save factory space.
